This isn't your typical spa day retreat! Because we like to go way deeper! This Sunday is for you if you're ready to step away from the pace of daily life and into a space designed to restore your energy, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with yourself. The Sacred Balance Retreat is a thoughtfully curated half-day experience blending deep relaxation with meaningful personal insight.
Each guest will receive four private, 45 minute sessions & a 1 hour group sound bath:
• Express Holistic Facial- a revitalizing treatment to refresh your skin and ease tension.
• Reiki Energy Healing- light, therapeutic touch used to release stored stress in the body, improve energy flow, and support overall physical and emotional balance.
• Soul Strategy Session- a deeply intuitive 45 minute session to support your soul's next steps. Blending energy reading, spiritual guidance, and mediumship (if a loved one comes through), this session meets you exactly where you are.
• Mini Birth Chart Reading- a guided look into your unique energetic makeup, offering fresh insight into your strengths, timing, and potential.
Three of your sessions are dedicated to rest and physical renewal, while the other two invite clarity, self discovery, and deeper connection!
Between sessions, enjoy a chef-catered lunch from Fresh Wheatgrass Girl, featuring vibrant, locally sourced ingredients to support your wellness from within.
This retreat is intentionally intimate to offer a calm, personalized experience. Space is limited - 4 spots to be exact.
