At Serendipity, we believe there is a connection between your mind, body, and spirit. We love to help you feel beautiful and reach your skincare goals, but we also want you to feel beautiful on the inside as well. Strengthening the mind, body, and spirit connection takes effort. That’s why we have a space at the spa with independent practitioners offering a variety of gifts to help you live a more peaceful, fulfilled, and joyful life.

We are all energetic beings, and as such we accumulate knots in our system. A knot is any kind of distorted pattern you may be holding onto (beliefs, feelings, pain). Any past issue we’re still reliving wastes energy that could be used in the present to maintain our health and well-being.

Reiki is a transformational and holistic system for balancing, healing, and harmonizing all aspects of your being: body, mind, heart, and soul.

Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious rest. From this state of deep relaxation, you are able to access the subconscious mind, where you can plant the seed of your Sankalpa (intention).

Yoga Nidra and Reiki are both forms of meditation that can help guide your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation so that your body can heal and restore. Experience the healing power of these modalities on their own, or combined in a Balanced Bliss session.
