In each 60-minute workshop, you will immerse yourself in the vibrational energy of a specific chakra. In each small group, we will delve into how our energy and emotions impact different physical areas of our bodies, and how aligning these through a healing modality like breathwork can lead to greater harmony and resonance—even at a cellular level within your body.

Discussion: Explore how each chakra influences your physical and emotional state
Breathwork Journey: Experience guided breathwork exercises tailored to each chakra. This practice will help you either expand or release energy, clearing blockages and enhancing your energetic flow.
Integration: Embody the qualities of each chakra, promoting balance and openness within your energy field.
